By accessing and using the Grace Connextions online chat ministry platform, you unconditionally agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your interaction with our volunteer ministry coaches and our digital resources. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately. Our goal is to provide a safe, respectful environment for exploring faith and the Gospel through direct, compassionate connection.

Ministry Coaching
Grace Connextions provides spiritual guidance, prayer, and Gospel-focused dialogue through volunteer coaches. Note that our volunteers are not licensed professional counselors, medical doctors, or legal advisors. Spiritual coaching is intended for discipleship and faith inquiry only. We do not guarantee specific outcomes and recommend consulting qualified professionals for medical or psychological crisis intervention or long-term therapeutic care.
[03] Conduct
Interaction Rules
Users are expected to engage in conversations with honesty, respect, and humility. Prohibited behavior includes harassment, hate speech, explicit content, or the promotion of unrelated commercial services. Grace Connextions reserves the right to terminate any chat session or block users who violate our community standards. We prioritize the safety and spiritual integrity of both our users and our dedicated volunteer ministry team members at all times.

Data & Privacy
We value your digital privacy. Information shared during ministry sessions is held in high confidence within our volunteer network unless otherwise required by law or in instances where user safety is at direct risk. Transcripts are intermittently reviewed for training, quality assurance, and discipleship tracking purposes.
